Prevention is one of the most important aspects of excellent dental health. Each patient’s needs are unique, and we will create a regimen that works best for you, including the following:
Dental Exams

Regular examination of your teeth for cavities and signs of wear, and early detection of cavities.

Soft Tissue Exams

Your teeth are supported by gums and muscles that are very important to your overall oral health. During your soft tissue exam, we will look for signs of gum disease and oral cancer.

Basic Cleanings (Prophy)

Regular professional cleanings to remove plaque and tartar, followed by polishing to smooth surfaces and removing stains

Deep Cleanings (Scaling)

Unlike regular cleanings, deep cleaning focuses on the tartar that has collected beneath the gum line. This usually occurs in patients with active gum disease and deep periodontal pockets. Scaling is usually done with anesthetics to ensure your comfort during the procedure.

When we discover a patient has a cavity and/or gum disease, it is important that we treat it right away.
Composite Fillings (White Filling)

Small cavities are removed and then replaced with a white colored filling that is made of a mixture of plastic and glass. Color matching will be done to improve the aesthetics.

Crowns

When the amount of decayed teeth is too large to be replaced by a white filling, we might elect to add a crown instead. A crown will replace the missing tooth structure while improving the appearance of the tooth. Crowns can also be used to treat cracked teeth and prevent them from any further cracking.

Root Canals

When the cavity has reached the nerve of the tooth, it cannot be restored with a filling. We need to save the tooth by removing the nerve tissue and preserving the tooth. A crown will be used to prevent further damage to the tooth.

Tooth Extraction

Sometimes, despite our best efforts, a tooth may need to be extracted or pulled due to extensive decay or gum disease. The area around the tooth is thoroughly numbed before the procedure to ensure patient comfort.

If you are missing a tooth, it doesn’t have to stay that way. Make your smile complete again with a bridge, implants, or dentures.
Bridges

Bridges can be used to replace one or more teeth. The replacement teeth are attached to a reduced version of the existing natural teeth.

Implants

Implants replace missing teeth without involving adjacent teeth. The implant will be anchored into the jaw in order to hold a replacement tooth in place.

Dentures

Dentures are appliances that replace missing teeth and can also be anchored with implants to improve comfort. They need to taken out and cleaned regularly.

Teeth Whitening

Teeth whitening removes stains and helps lighten the color of the teeth. It is a quick and cost-effective way to improve the appearance of your teeth. We are currently offering specials on Teeth Whitening ($59 with teeth cleaning).

White Filling

A tooth-colored material can be used to close gaps or change the color of the tooth.

Veneers

Veneers are ultra-thin coatings that are placed over the front teeth. Veneers have been used to correct unevenly spaced, crooked, chipped, oddly shaped, or discolored teeth.
